Tonight I had this after paddling a couple hours on the first warm day of spring. I really like the Crabtree Tavern near our house but if I eat there too often I'll get fatter!

Welcome to Great Grilled Cheese!
In spite of my friends encouragement, I cannot buy a lunch truck and drive around to all the beautiful places in the world making and selling wonderful grilled cheese sandwiches. So I've started this blog as the next best way to share my Great Grilled Cheese ideas.
Today my sandwich had grilled polish sausage all sliced up and grilled, two super thin slices of pepperoni, a slice of provolone cheese and some shredded mozzarella cheese on 12 grain bread.
It didn't last long. I'll try to post some pictures the next time.
